Furriers in London

My husbands Gt Grandfather Joseph Bartusek was a furrier based in Oxford Street and later Princes St, London before WW2. Although he supplied the King & Queen with furs I can find no reference to him. Is there a Guild of Furriers where I can find out more information about him or his business?

I think you'll find that furriers are/were included in the Skinners Company.
