Globe Inn castle street chester

I have my ancestor John Davies as being the publican of the globe inn on some of the census records
I have googled etc to try and find this pub but to no avail.|banghead||banghead|
I am presuming that the pub was on castle street as this was his address at the time of him being a publican
This is on the 1861 census.

There appears to be a Tavern petition, but cannot access the site for some reason. It seems to be Chester Archives.
