I am looking for information on the first marriage of William Inglis, son of William Inglis and Marion Brown Blackie, of Pleasance, Edinburgh.
He was born in 1831 and his second marriage was to Susan Jane Paul Russell in 1863.
The only information on his first wife is that she appeared to be from or die in Barbados.She left him some money which appears on a list of assets in sequestration papers to do with the coachbuilding firm, run by his father and himself.
Any leads would be appreciated.
