Ladner Peak - Penzance

I have just been looking on Free BMD's and have come across a Frances Ladner Peak dying 1910, Edward Ladner Peak dying 1906 and Marjorie Ladner Peak. Part of my ancestors are Ladner's and Peak's and wondered if anyone might know if these people would be related. Lily Gilbert married William Peak in 1898. Lily Gilberts paternal grandmother was Mary Ellen Ladner and her sister was Marjorie Ladner. I am wondering if this Marjorie Ladner Peak would be related but after finding Frances and Edward I am not so sure. To my knowledge my Peak's came from Madron, the Gilberts and Ladners came from Sancreed and Lilly Gilberts mother was Blanche Stevens Friggens from Uny Lelant where all Lily's siters were born. Lily herself was born in Mount Sorrel, Leicestershire. I thought that Marjorie Ladner Peak may be Lily and William's child. Any and all help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Frances L Peak (60) is shown in the 1891 Census living with her husband John Peak (54, a painter & decorator) in Causewayhead, Penzance.

You can also search FreeBMD with a "*ladner" in the forename box only, and that brings up quite a lot of people mostly in/around Penzance with Ladner with a second (or third) given name.
