A living relation found from this site

A living relation has been found via this site. I had placed a thread about Poole, Dorset and as it happened, Russell Saunders placed a reply and asked what names I was searching in Poole - it went from there.
One of the names was CORBIN, Russell's wife's mother is a Corbin and it turns out that we are related by marriage !!!!

We probably would never have found out if that question, "what names are you searching for" hadn't been asked or answered !!!! How's that for luck.

I too have found relations via the site. A first cousin not heard of for the best part of 60yrs, a 2nd and a 3rd cousin I never knew I had in this country. It's fantastic to finding living among all the dead rallies!!
