hi all ,
not sure if this is the correct place , but !!
i have enjoyed a lot of success this year in uncovering my grandfathers military history for both WW1 and Ww2 and i would like to point fellow researchers to 2 very good centres that helped me .
firstly the devonshires regiment -'The keep military museum '
and warwickshire regiment - the royal regiment of fusilers museum
if you interest in these fine regiments then please contact them ,as always they are registered charity's so be generous !!.
its important that they survive well into the future for our great great grandchildren to see and not forget these times .
also a public thanks to all those at BG for your help in my research .
and if i can help others please ask .
