Taylor/Brackenbury from Great Amwell

My great grandmother was Sarah Eliza Taylor born in Great Amwell in 1861. Her parents were Henry Taylor (Stanstead Abbotts) and Louisa Crane (Great Amwell).

Something that has interested me for ages is that on her marriage certificate to my great grandfather (Robert H Norman) in 1884 St Lukes, Middx, Sarah's name appears as Sarah Eliza BRACKENBURY Taylor. This is the only reference I can find to this name.

I have gone a few generations further back on both sides of the family (all from Amwell, Braughing, Hoddesdon, Stanstead area) and found no clues.

Can anybody shed any light on this one please?

You would think the name could have been a maiden name carried down the line, as you thought with your search.
For the helpers 1871 Louisa is born 1840 Hoddesdon living in St Giles London
ditto for Henry.
Eliza 9 bn Hoddesdon, others born Middlesex.
