Hello. I am looking for the marriage of Thomas Fowell & Sarah ? their first child was born in west bromwich in 1867. can't find a marriage any where. can any one help please. thank you.

FreeBMD shows a marriage of Thomas Fowell with Sarah Ann Beard on the same page. This was in Sept. quarter 1865, Cheadle 6b 365.

Thank you for your reply Thomas was born in West Bromwich. & Sarah was born in Wednesbury in 1849.

Yes, I've just been looking at the censuses, and their first child was Thomas. The Cheadle marriage is the only one of a Thomas marrying a Sarah at the right time.

I notice that the family did move to Sheffield for a while, but came back to Staffordshire again.

Hi,
Staffs BMD also shows a marriage to Sarah A. Beard at St. Leonard, Ipstones, 1865.
West Midlands BMD covers Wednesbury/West Brom. but cannot find anything there for them
