Following very recent contact with a new Hart relative from South Africa it is very clear that my great grandfather Ernest Henry Hart 1867-1931 divorced and re- married to Elizabeth Shaw. The descendants from this 2nd marriage still reside in SA.
Ernest left London for SA Johannesburg circa 1903-05. It maybe pure coincidence that at approximately the same period my Crawcour ( the SA line spell their surname CrawCour but they are the same line) relatives descended from my 4x great grandfather David Crawcour also arrived in SA and are still there. If any of my SA relatives read this message I would be interested to know if the Hart family were in contact with the CrawCour/Crawcour relatives. Ernest Hart's connection to the Crawcour/CrawCour lines is through his grandmother Ann Rebecca Hart nee Crawcour daughter of David Crawcour 1797-1882. David Crawcour is Ernest's great grandfather.

Many thanks Georgie
I have seen these records and appreciate your response. They help confirm that my Hart and Crawcour relatives were in SA at the same time.
