Following the replies to my Brickwall query, I have now received the death cert. of John Thomas Askew, 20, at Woodhouse nr. Sheffield. He died of pneumonia, and present was 'Fanny Storey ,sister in law'. I straight away knew he was my gt.grandad, as Fanny was his mother's eldest sister and the wife of W.H.Storey.Grateful thanks.I am overjoyed. Sue Law.
