its elizabeth i want to no about
elizabeth dunster born 1837 whitley cheshire england died 1913 victoria australia elizabeth remarried in victoria to a william kent born sussex england in 1880...elizabeth came to australia in october 1870 on the "alumbagh"

I'm not sure how much info you have, perhaps you already have Elizabeth in 1851 and 1841? Elizabeth Mary, the mother, seems to be using Mary... if I have the right family. Here's the family in 1851, without Elizabeth;

When did John and Elizabeth Mary marry? I think Elizabeth is here in 1841 with her father as Betsey ROBINSON. Her mother is at a different address with the new baby, Jane. It's a pity the 1841 census doesn't give relationships, but I think I'd say Mary DUNSTAN here aged 56 is probably John's mother;

hi birdlip wow thanks for all your help , you have even given me john dunsters mother , you are a star ....i only found elizabeths dunsters parents two days ago after searching for 3 years,..and all i had was there names when i put it on this forum and you have given me a lot more than expected ...cheers to you lyn

Glad I could help Lynette.

I wasn't 100% sure it was the right family, because although the wife and older children were born at Whiteley, she was MARY, not Elizabeth Mary, but finding that ROBINSON name with John in 1841 made me a lot more confident.

It looks like they didn't marry until 1846, I think this is their marriage on freebmd;

If you order this certificate, it will give you the names and occupations of their fathers, so you'll be able to get back another generation.
