My great grandpa on my fathers side, was Frederick William Chamberlain. we have his actual birthday in the family bible but I am yet to find a birth registration; I have even had a professional search done; He was born in Isham Northants according to the Bible on the 22 Sept 1862; i have searched England and Wales; FreeBMD and and had help from Burton Latimer sense of place site; His death was Dec Qtr 1940 Kettering age 78 yrs;

If anyone can help I think he may be a stray;

Hi I know this might sound like a stupid question but are you sure its a birth and not a christening...

Ancestry & FreeBMD come up with the same birth
Family Search/IGI comes up with nothing.

also where did he go I have searched the Census and can't find him on any of them. Tried all sorts of combination's of his name even searched all Chamberlain's from Northamptonshire and hes not showing up although lots of Chamberlain's in Isham. Unless hes Fred M in 1871 with father John & mother Hannah. Father's occupation is shoemaker. Yes I think that's him in 1891 he's married to a Clare.
