Researching the family of Carey Booth Needham, born in Ripley in 1865/6. He moved to Lancashire and married Mary Jane Fairhurst.

Hi Concetta,
I have found a Elizabeth Maria Needham born 1855 who married into the Lant family at St Marys Nottingham around 1876. The Lants seem to have wandered down from the Derby / Notts borders into Leicestershire. Is EMN a part of your tree?

I have an Elizabeth b. 1851 in Ripley, but no one else. Its very possible that she is one of the side branches of the family. What I can tell you is, if Elizabeth was a Baptist, she's definitely part of the family somehow. Samuel and Mary/Ann Needham had 14 children, of which all hovered around the Leics/Derby/Notts areas. I've only got a small portion of them discovered as of yet.
