Donald b. Olrig, Caithness in 1832 was a police constable in Edinburgh married to Jane MELVILLE b. Helmsdale 1834. Children were Barbara b. 1864 in Edinburgh , John b. 1866 , Elizabeth b. 1868 and Margaret b. 1879.Would appreciate any more details on this family.
