If you have an army ancestor from WWI, it may be worth taking a look at the list on this site.

I know it is only a few names from many hundreds of thousands, but they have to be in someone's family.

If you do find someone, please contact Dennis via the e-mail address on the site.

Great site Peter! I think I may have a couple. And one has a huge family resemblance. Good job!|hug|

None of mine I'm afraid. I was really hoping to find a home for some. I wonder if there are any more sites like this, or is it an "if only"?

Interesting site Peter:)

Unfortunatly I didn't find any of my relatives...some same names, but that's it.
I envy those who do find someone.

Fantastic site. Unfortunately, none of mine, but how wonderful for anyone who finds an ancestor.

Thanks, but no cigar for me either.

Did you ever wonder while waiting for your luggage at an airport baggage carousel & watching dozens of cases go round and round - Who do all these suitcases belong to & why don't any come out that belong to the people who are actually here waiting ? :)

Thanks Peter. None of mine but a light at the end of a tunnel when you think you have searched everywhere.
