Have you tried the Staffordshire (http://www.british-genealogy.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=130) forum, rather than this one which was intended for general queries on church registers, rather than specific places?

BMSGH have produced a cd of parish register transcriptions for Kingswinford St Mary. Have a look on their webssite.

Hi Kymberlynn,
Have had a look at transcripts for Kingswinford/Wordsley at Dudley Archives today but unfortunately CANNOT find a baptism for Lot Billingham.
There were no Billinghams at all, so I looked for the name Lot and still came up with nothing. Will have another look the next time I go.
