FHO Credits?

Hi all,

i had an email saying they were closing the site and that you had to send an email for your credits to be transfered over to FMP. I did this, heard nothing back, emailed again to find out whenthe credits would be transfered, nothing, emailed again and still nothing.
Has anyone had there credits transfered yet? Or are you still waiting.
I know £4.83 isnt a lot of money, but it soon mounts up for searches.
What else can i do if they arent answering mails?

Has their reply arrived in your 'junk' or 'spam' box?

Have you looked at your account (presuming you have one) at FMP to see if they've been credited there?

Mnay thanks for your reply, they have just sent an email telling me everything is up and running with regards the credits. Sadly i have no patience and should've realised they were going to be very busy even though they havent that.

Give me strenth! I only wanted to search for Glamorgan and what do know, fmp havent got Glamorgan 1901 census on there yet!
