Please does anyone have any information about James Stonier born in 1808 in Macclesfield, Cheshire and died 1885. I think he married Martha .......... and had a daughter named Dinah born 1913. Thank you so much for any help you can give me.|banghead|

There is birth in 1844 which appears to be Dinah:

Births September Quarter 1844

I would be tempted to order the certificate and find the maiden name of her mother. Then try searching for the marriage. Hopefully her name will be easier than what appears to be an often mis-transcribed name for James.

Thank you so much for your help with James Stonier. I put Dinahs birth date of 1913instead of 1844, she died in 1913. This is my first try on the forum and I really appreciate your help
