Does anyone have access to the 1841 census for Worcester please. I am still looking for Charles Bond, who should be aged about 23, as living with his parents! I am guessing the parents could be William and Sarah Bond, but can not verify this! I did not realise that there were as many areas within the registration district of Worcester, so I have made a calculated guess at St. Helens!
Any help will be so, so appreciated.
Many thanks. Carol

I am having great difficulty deciphering the occupation for one Thomas BARRS, Ref: HO/107/1209/17, Sidbury, Worcester.
The 2nd word is quite clearly 'Maker', but the first has me stumped! It looks (to me) like an 'F' at the beginning, but the rest of the word is so feint, I can't read it - or make any guess. I've enlarged it, looked at it as a negative view, searched the 'old occupations' lists for clues, and asked other people to come up with ideas.
Please could anyone make a stab at deciphering it? I would be most grateful!
I can send an ordinary jpeg, or one saved in Irfanview if anyone would look at it. Thanks,
Ruth in Brum.
