I am looking for the date when Maria Tillett born 1837 in Norwich, Norfolk married William Abigail born 1823 in Smallburgh, Norfolk. I would also like to find the date that Maria died. Maria had a son before she married William, her son was called James William Tillett mostly known as William though. He was born in 1858 in North Walsham and I am also looking for the date he died. In the 1871 census James William Tillett was living with his mother and her husband in North Walsham but in the 1881 and 1901 census he was the head of his own household in North Walsham. I would be grateful for any information.

Part 1 of 2 part reply.....
The 1861 census for Hall Lane, North Walsham shows that Maria was still single and living with her parents. This census shows her parents to be Samuel (aged 74, bn Smallburgh) and Martha (aged 60, bn Smallburgh). Also in the household were a brother Charles (aged 17 bn Norwich) and two grandchildren of James + Martha; these being James W, aged 3 bn North Walsham and (C?)resanna M, aged 1 bn North Walsham. So she may have had two illegit children.
I see from the 1881 census that William + Maria's eldest son was born around 1864, so that means they probably married 1861-1864; which at least narrows down the search for the marriage.
Going then to the GRO index there is one marriage in this period which might match:
Jun 1863 ABIGAIL, William, Erpingham, v4b, p84
Though be warned, I could not find a corresponding entry for Maria TILLETT and there was another William ABIGAIL, bn 1827 in Buxton who may possibly have married about the same time.

part 2...
I can't find a definite match for William Abigail in 1851 - Maria however is shown living in Hall Lane, North Walsham
HO107/1809 f59 p36
Hall Lane, North Walsham
Samuel TILLETT, Head, Mar, 62, Sack Mender, Smallburgh
Martha TILLETT, Wife, Mar, 46, Charwoman, Gt Yarmouth
Maria TILLETT, Daur, , 13, Scholar, North Walsham
Charles TILLETT, Son, , 7, Scholar, North Walsham
Martha TILLETT, Daur, , 6, Scholar, North Walsham
Smallburgh parish register records the marriage of Samuel TILLET and Martha LINDER in 1821. Note that in the two census returns there is a different birthplace given for Martha - I can't find a baptism for her in Smallburgh, but there was a Linder family living in Yarmouth according to the late 18th century registers (I don't have access to 1800 onwards).
Back in 1841, the TILLETT family was still in North Walsham
HO107/784/23 f45 p30
Hall Lane, North Walsham
Samuel TILLETT, 45, bn Nfk
Martha TILLETT, 35, bn Nfk
Elizabeth TILLETT, 10, bn Nfk
Maria TILLETT, 3, bn Nfk
Esau HADDON, 30, bn Nfk
North Walsham registers have now been deposited at the NRO (their ref is PD711) - these may hold the answers to your questions as to when the family were buried.
Sorry it's not much, but it might give you a start.

Thanks, this is a great help, just narrowing it down helps, i have got the 1871 census with Maria and William Abigail. It has James Tillett on it and also a Christiana Tillett down. Samuel Tillett was the head of the household at the time and their relationship to him where grandson and grandaughter. At the time James was 13 and Christiana was 11.
