Radford Marsh still exists and is currently called "Radmarsh Road" its situated off the A52 Derby Road about 2 miles west of Nottingham City Centre.
There is one old picture of Radford Marsh c1930 on Picture The Past.

Ah I wondered what USD stood for on many of my rellies certs. What does it actually mean tho? Is it a defined geographical area regarding rubbish/night soil collection etc hence tha Sanitary word?

If you use a search engine for "Urban Sanitary District" you should get a few hits which explain better than I can as to what they did.
Basically, Urban Sanitary Districts (USD) covered towns (Municipal Boroughs)
Rural Sanitary Districts (RSD) were in rural areas following the boundaries of Poor Law Unions.
Sanitary Districts were responsible for sanitary matters (water, sewers, street cleansing) but I wouldn't worry too much about the actual phrasse, it is just a title to define an area.
USD/RSD came into begin in 1875 and were replaed by a Local Government Act of 1894.
