Is there a site that has a complete list of the victims of the Tay Bridge disaster of 1879?
Not that I know of, but the Local Studies Department at Dundee Library has a collection of material relating to the disaster and may be able to provde a list of casualties, or possibly search for a specific person. You can contact them via 'phone or e-mail at:

Family Tree Magazine had an articles , about this tragedy, in the Dec 2003 & May 2004 Issues-
The articles can be accessed at the Family Tree Website.
unfortunately the Web Site is being restructured so you may need to wait a couple of weeks to access the articles.

Tay Valley FHS have a book for sale which lists the victims with biographical, contextual and other information.

In addition to those immediately affected, one could add to the list of victims everyone who has ever read or heard William McGonagall's poem about the disaster:
