I see that Jan has quietly passed a landmark and joined Peter and me in the 5,000+ club.

Well done and thanks for your help, here's to the next 5,000 (no rest for the wicked, or daft bats).

Fare yer well tergether

Thank you all |hug|

As Bo Peep is wont to say, I am a gabby Daft Bat and there are not many donkeys in Hertfordshire with their hind legs still intact! :D

Seems like only a couple of weeks since I was saying 'Congrats to Jan Super Mod on her 2k at 9.37pm'. :) (Though actually seven and a half months.)
Being highly unoriginal, I can only repeat what I said at the time -
Congratulations Jan, and many thanks for your help to us all. |hug|

Geoffers however might want to retract one of his posts (http://www.british-genealogy.com/forums/showpost.php?p=165780&postcount=14) in that thread.
(a) because he'll have an extra morning duty to cover :D, and
(b) based on the current posts per day, I'm sure his maths are slightly out. I now make the meeting point about August 2010. Though that doesn't allow for holidays, so I think I'll revert to my original estimate of November 2010. :)
