PLEAS HELP - Eliz Warman, abt 1841

can any one tell me how i can get hold of a bapitsum record for a Elizabeth Warman born 1841 as far as i now Youghal Co Cork.

ive tried searching for her on the birth records but cant find her.
her brother George i couldnt find either born 1838 Guernsey in the end i sent for his baptisum record which i got.
