Help with BURLING 1891, please

Can anyone find Beatrice BURLING in Wood Ditton in 1891. She was born about 1884. By 1901 she was in service and not living at home. I know it will take at least 3 weeks to obtain her birth certificate from the GRO so if anyone could help out meanwhile I'd be eternally grateful.

I am looking for Moses Burling born in 1828, married to Diana Near and his son Ephriam, born in 1878. The family eventually moved to Ontario but I understand Moses returned to England and died there.

I am interested in Burling history in Wood Ditton if anyone has anything to share.

I have a tinplate photograph of a Moses Burling -- a handsome man. According to family lore, he came from England in the mid-1800s ("Wood Ditton" is news to me), had a family in Ontario, and then returned to England. He left two children in Canada -- a son (Ephraim?) and a daughter (Alice, my great grandmother). Feel free to contact me.
