English & Empire Digest - lookup request

If anyone has access to the English & Empire Digest, I would be grateful for a look-up. The case I am interested in was heard in mid-December 1861 at the Vice-Chancellor's Court (a court of Chancery). In the Times report on the case, the petitioner was not named, and I would like to find out the petitioner's (or petitioners') identity. The case concerned the PAGE family. A trust had been set up by THOMAS PAGE such that the children of four brothers (all Page) would benefit when the last of the brothers died. There were Thomas, Charles Robert, Richard and Henry. The petitioner in the case alleged that some or all of the children of HENRY PAGE were illegitimate. Another name in the case was JANE GODDEN, wife (or cohabitee) of Henry Page
