Hi

Could someone tell me where i will be able to find the burial records for Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire. Have found out that a lot of my ancestors are buried here.

Also was there a diphtheria epidemic in Birkenhead in 1921. How would i go about looking for a burial at Flaybrick Cemetery would have been in a communal (paupers) grave would there have been any records taken.

Thanks

The graveyard is administered by Wirral County Council.
A full set of records should be held at the Library.

Or you could contact the cemetry office details on this link.

You will need the exact date of death from the death certificate, not just the year, if you want to look at burial records.
The death certificate will give the cause of death - the burial record will not.
