I have no idea and hope that one of our American members will set the record straight. However, approaching this from the point of view that some sort of Probate Court would be needed. I used a search engine for 'Michigan Court' and came up with this web-site (http://www.courts.michigan.gov/)
Using the search facility on the site I entered 'probate' and it gave these results (http://search.courts.mi.gov/search?q=probate&btnG=Search&ie=&site=Courts&output=xml_no_dtd&client=Courts&lr=&proxystylesheet=Courts&oe=) of which the first link has a series of addresses (http://courts.michigan.gov/scao/selfhelp/general/probateregisters.pdf), presumably people in each county with some jurisdiction over probate. It may be worth writing to the one who covers your place of interest.

In the US, wills/probate records are the domain of the county where the deceased resided. In this case that would be Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
I found this link: http://www.kalcounty.com/courts/Probate/genealogy2.htm
They are on US Eastern Time (GMT−5), so that puts them 6 hours behind you.
Best of luck,

Just a clarifying note....yes Michigan falls into EST zone which is calculated at GMT minus 5hours....but we're on DST at present and until 2 Nov this year and you're on BST at present until 26 Oct. That means that we only have 5 hours difference between us...but for that one week between 26 Oct and 2 Nov you'll be only 4 hours ahead of us.
