Looking for info on Amos Thomas, son of Evan Thomas who married Ann Llewelyn, daughter of Thomas Llewelyn in Pontypridd in 1870. They immigrated in 1892 to USA.

How old was Amos when he married Ann in 1870?

The marriage certificate says 30.

Well, a birth was registered for an Amos Thomas in Haverfordwest District, December quarter 1840, volume 26, page 538. Whether this is he or not, only the certificate will tell.

It may be ordered from the GRO (http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/), using the references given, but you could also ask for a reference check with his father's name as you have that.

New info..
Amos Thomas b. 1837 in Wales (or England)m. Anna Llewelyn b. 1840
Amos father....Evan
Anna's father... Thomas
Marriage certificate says June 1870 in Landis Chapel, district of Pontypridd,
county of Glamorgan.
I can't find them in any of the British census. They came over to USA about 1888. The US census are really screwed up. I think some lying was going on.
