Birth records, where ?? know what year 1866,did find 1881 census Polly age 15 living with widowed mother,stupidly I dismissed it,thought she was too young,my gran was born 1882 to Polly loxley,cant find it again, know it's the right family as Leonard was my gran's step brother, can only find one birth but that was 1882 in Manchester,could it be a mistake ??
there is a link to Manchester as John hague was born there.Got their marriage cert.

There is a Polly Loxley age 9 on 1891 census.. living with Mother Alice 30..Father William 33 bros, William 3..Sisters Maud 7..Lilly 5 & Mary A. Loxzley 72.Mother of William

All b. Manchester. Is that she?

Quick look at 1901 has William Hy.40 widower (carter).. Mary Ann(Polly?) 19 mantle presser..Maude 17..Lilian 15 ..Henry(William?) 13.. res. Harpury Lancs.

Polly is often a pet name for Mary Ann, and there is a Mary Ann Loxley born in 1865 in Derby.
