Reeda family - Stockport

Looking for a Reeda family in Stockport area around late 1860's early 1870s. My Gt Grandmother Eveline Gladys Muriel Reeda gave her birthplace as Stockport, but |I can't find a registration for her. Any hints on where to look other than the GRO indexes?

I have tried various options on the BMD stuff with no joy as yet.
I cannot find ANY Reeda people at all on the 1881 census on Familysearch - presumably this is a name which is regularly mis-transcribed?

Where does your suggestion for the dates come from? Census?
