Is there any way in which it might be possible to see adverts in these newspapers c 1910-1912
I have managed with help to find lots of details of a Abraham Jebbett whose properties were advertised in these papers to wind up his estate in South Africa.
The Liqudation account dated 27th Dec 1912 states Advertising Sale of Assets:
Pretoria News £12 2s 11d
Transvaal Chronicle £2 12s 10d
I would also like to trace Caroline Jebbett nee McGuinness who married Abraham in Durban on
Jan 17th 1903. They were both 'of age' (not much help, though Abraham would have been1bout 38) She signed for her 'inheritance' in Sydney 10th March 1913 and received it in Pretoria on 10th April 1913.
