In Feb 1945, Mr. J.P. Lock left our village of Brithdir in the Rhymney Valley of South Wales to India where he was 2nd in command on the Indian Railway Survey Co at Jullundur in the Punjab

Any suggestions and advice appreciated on how to research this.
