Does anyone know Culworth came under Towcester district around 1809.

I'm trying to identify the maiden name of my g-g-g-grandmother who was blessed with a most original first name of Temperance. The IGI for Northants has only 3 Temperances around that time and the other two lie over the East of the county. The only detail I have is that she married a Daniel Keen prior to the 1841 census, lived in Fewcott, Oxfordshire and had 9 offspring including my g-g-grandfather Edward or Henry Keen.

Cheers

You would need to order marriage certificate for Daniel Keen or one of the birth certificates of one of the children. The mother's name is usually "so so smith formerly brown".

The Northamptonshire Marriage Index has

Daniel KEEN of this parish married Temperance CROSS of Culworth
9th June 1830 at Northampton All Saints.
