O'Connor heritage

I'm trying to find my paternal GGM's family detail. She was born Mary O'Connor to a Patrick O'Connor and Mary Healy in Listowel, Co. Kerry in ~1852and emigrated to Australia in ~ 1874. Not sure if the whole family came out, but with the great famine of the 1840's and penal laws they probably left Co. Kerry and Ireland early.

There doesn't appear to be many coherent records of Irish heritage on the www, but this is my first stab at it. Thanks if anyone can assist.|banghead|

I don't know if you are familiar with the Keane letter written by Dennis Keane to his son in 1919. It tries to sort out various relations including a number of Connor family members. It is at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irlker/letter.html
Even if you turn out to be no relation, it is an enjoyable read.
