Looking fro info on descendants of Joseph Mutton & Mary Ann Jenkin who moved from Camborne to Swansea after 1869 and before 1878. Their seven children were all born in Camborne: Ann Elizabeth 1854 (married James Floyd and may have stayed in Camborne), David b 1857 (married Sarah Jenvey and died in Glamorgan 1918), Susan Jane b 1860 (married Henry Stephens and died in Glamorgan), William Jenkin b 1861 (married Elizabeth Ann Jones and died Glamorgan 1906), Joseph b 1863 d 1878 Glamorgan, Frances b 1866, Ellen b 1869.

David and Sarah had seven children one of whom was Joseph Albert Mutton who passed away in Glamorgan in 1985. Which leads me to believe that there would possibly be living relatives in Wales today.

Ann Elizabeth Mutton & James Floyd had six children who were all born in Camborne but may have emigrated to parts unknown.

Mick,
Where does your Jenkin line come from?

Mark,
Unless I've got my wires crossed, Mary Ann Jenkin (b 1828 Camborne) was daughter of William (b 1806) and Ann (b 1811). William was a copper miner in Camborne in 1841. Mary Ann had siblings William (b 1827), Caroline (1828?), John (b 1830) and Susan (b 1835). The info on Mary Ann's marriage came from marriage index records but the family info was a leap if faith with the 1841 census info.
cheers
