I am researching the OWEN family who farmed at Vine Farm in Boughton under Blean
In the 1841 census James Owen was there with his father, Richard. According to census information, James was born in Stalisfield circa 1818 - I have not been able to confirm this in any PRs yet nor do I know who his mother was.
James had 3 sons, Richard, William and Walter
In 1901 William, aged 53 is listed as a retired farmer, living with his widowed mother.
In the Kelly's 1903 and 1913, the farmer at Vine Farm is Stephen Dunkin
I know that at some point after this the BONES family farmed there - they are linked by marriage to the OWEN family.
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has any information on either the farm itself, or the OWEN or BONES families

thank you
Margaret
