Hi, trying to find birth of William Ward b cir 1831 in Heather Leics, who married Ann Jones b cir 1847 in Measham Leics/Derbys.
I believe the marriage could have been in Tamworth, any info at all wouls be most appreciated.

There are 2 entries in IGI for a William Ward c1831 in Heather, Leicestershire

William Ward, 27 Jun 1830, Parents John and Ann Ward
William Ward, 26 Jun 1831, Parents Edward and Elizabeth Ward

Following them thru the census's William Ward (1831) appears in 1851 with father Edward in Coleorton, Leic and 1861 and 1871 with wife Sarah still in Coleorton.
William Ward (1830) appears in 1851 with parents John and Ann in Heather, 1861 with Uncle George Banwell and wife Lydia in Newbold Verdon, Leic and with wife Ann in 1871, Head of Days Yard Lodging House, Leicester.

So the William that must be yours is
William Ward, 27 Jun 1830, Parents John and Ann Ward

Here's a possible baptism for William's father John, there is only one John Ward baptised in Heather c1811

Cant find a marriage for Williams parents John Ward and Ann at the moment or John's parents Thomas Ward and Anne, I am assuming they married in the bride's home parish.

Also have found a marriage of Lydia Ward/George Barwell, 27 Aug 1821, St Margaret's, Leicester which must be the Aunty and Uncle William Ward was staying with in the 1861 census
