1851 census lookup query

I'm not sure what indexes there are for the 1851 - I'm sure somewhere can enlighten me.
Is it possible to look for a family with just the address ?

I have a Reginald Mills and wife Mary Ann, who should have son Reginald Arthur with them. In 1861 they were living at 3 Princes Street Stepney. Father Reginald was born in Bishops Stortford, and wife Mary in Edmonton. Son Reginald Arthur was born in Mile End.

Is this enough info to ask for a lookup, please.
