Has anyone out there got any records for Bishopwearmouth. I am researching a Jane Isabel langton who married a Charles Watson Cranston. On the LDS site a Jane Isable Langton is listed as christened on 24th June 1835 and an Isabel Langton is listed as christened on25th June 1835. Both are children on John and Mary Langton. Are they one and the same person and this is a mistake, twins, I'm confused.

Hi Georgina
You can order the film of Bishopwearmouth Parish Baptisms from LDS to view at your nearest LDS Family History Centre. Details are at their website.

LDS records can be very confusing often with several entries for the same event. Another possiblilty is to contact Tyne and Wear Archives
URL is http://www.thenortheast.com/archives/UserGuides/02_ParishRegisters.html
The site is a bit confusing but look under user guides.
I think the church you are looking for is
Bishopwearmouth, St Michael and All Angels
x 1567-1933 x being for baptisms
