I am an old hand in research in Canada & the USA, but very novice on British/Irish looking. My name is Ronald and I am over 70 years old. I live near the small town of Prescott in Southestern Ontario, Canada, and have been researching now for over 40 years. Since retirement, I have been trying to establish my Irish roots location.
My main families that I am researching are SHANNON, HENRY, MAYNE, GREER, & HAMMON, all coming from Ireland. The two Counties in particular are Monaghan and Fermanagh.
