Hello,
My husbands grandfather, Henry Atherton from Cheshire, was a soldier in the Grenadier Guards during WWII and served at Buckingham Palace as well as in Europe.
My husband would like to find out about his service record and what medals he was given. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this info for him.
