Nob Hill Farm, West Edmondsley

I am trying to find ancestors who lived at Nob Hill Farm in West Edmondsley in 1947 - this is stated on a birth certificate. I have tried a historical map but can't locate the farm - can anyone help?

I've tried to find Nob Hill Farm for you on Google etc but no luck. However.....my partner is from that area and is sure he has seen a sign for it between Edmondsley and Shotley Bridge. We're going up that way hopefully on Friday so we'll look out for it for you. fingers crossed.
