Hi. I'm new. I am trying to trace my great grandfather, Bernard Hassan. I have the details of his life in England but he came here from Armagh, Northern Ireland berween 1850s and 1861 when he appears on the census. I believe all records were destroyed of Armagh so i have hit a brick wall. Also there are several Hassan families with the same forenames. My Bernard Hassan was a glass-blower in Sunderland. Looking forward to becoming involved and would like to help anyone else if I can. Janet
