Napoleonic POW burials

I am looking for information about the burial location of James Hollett (1781-1811) who was taken from his ship in the Atlantic Ocean while enroute from Newfoundland to England during the Napoleonic Wars. He died in prison at Arras, France on 11 April, 1811. James was not in the British Navy but was engaged in the fishing industry of Newfoundland.

I have no proof of when he was captured but "family history" puts it as about February 1809. His ship is reported to have been the Hawk.

Are you able to find if there is some record of where English prisoners of war were buried at Arras in the 1811 period?

I think the only place you might find when he was buried is in the records of the prison/place of detention where he was held which will now presumably be stored in the Archives Nationales.

I would think it very unlikely that there is any marker on his grave
