My great grandfather was a tailor and I have a photo of him and his colleagues standing in front of their shop, Carlish's American Tailors in Red Lion Square, Fleet Street, London taken sometime before the First World war.
I wonder if anyone out there knows anything about this tailor's shop. I went there some years ago to have a look but unfortunately the building was no longer there and has been replaced by a glass fronted garage
