I have been trying to map my husband's grandfather's military history before 1914.I believe he could have joined the North Devonshire Artillery. Does anyone know their deployment between 1881 and 1895 or anything they may have been doing in UK or elsewhere? He has links with Canada but I'm not sure if it was during this period...thanks
