Just to say that I have just realized that I only joined the lovely Brit-gen group 3 weeks ago and in that time I have found the birth-date and place of birth for my paternal Grandfather plus five siblings PLUS G/Grand Parents.Also a distant 3rd cousin from Australia AND some further confirmation on my (before) unknown Grandmothers family.I am now wondering with all the help from so any super people just what will I achieve in the next 6 months Thanks to all Eliza|bowdown||bowdown||hug||bowdown||bowdown|

Well, we could take you back to Adam and Eve - with a little imagination and a certain amount of artistic licence or we could get you back one more generation with the potential to verify it every step of the way.

OOOORRRRR, we could support and encourage you while you find them - we enjoy the chase, we revel in the research and take endless delight in the success of everyone on here -

Only 2,000 years, Ladkysis - some people are poor researchers, aren't they? I'll have to make them envious with all my Egyptians - Nefertiti anyone? :D;)

And I'm thrilled for Elizabeth. I, too, have met a distant cousin on here! (She knows who she is...:D)
