The only one on FreeBMD is:
Births Mar 1870 FLATLEYPatrick JamesW. Derby8b314
You probably have seen that one anyway.

The only one I can find on the GRO Index via Ancestry between 1869/71 is the one given to you already by Davran.

1881 shows he has brother John Flatley age 16, which matches FreeBMD birth entry Sep 1865 Flatley John Kidderminster 6c 221 (although to be accurate he should have been given as 15 in the 1881 census). A certificate from that birth entry should give equivalent information to one for Patrick.
Note also a March 1869 birth and death for a Thomas Flatley in Kidderminster disctrict.

Everyone has been so helpful on this site that I hesitate to wear out my welcome by asking for assistance again.
However, I have run into a dead end on one members of my family and I am not sure where to go from here.
Henry Painter shows up on the 1841 census as being 4 years old. (Class: HO107; Piece:492; Book 1, Charlton Next Woolwich).
I have also found a record of his baptism into the Woowich branch of the LDS church in 1847. It states his age as 12 years, which is not consistent with the census record. He was still living at the same address as his parents.
His mother died in 1849 and his father remarried, but he does not seem to be living with them on the 1851 census, when he would have been in his mid teens.
After that I can find no trace of him. Well, actually, there are quite a few Henry Painters, but none seem to fit the bill. Have I overlooked something?
Whoops! I meant to start a new thread.
