LOOKING FOR MY g.g.g GRANDDAD

Hi all I have information about my family from 1810 to the present but I am hopeing some one out there has info on my ggg grandfather his name was John Main/Mains he married Ann (maybe Rendle)in 1808 and babtised a son John 18/nov/1810 at Thurlstone Devon at the time he was in the Malitia but according to his son John's marrieage cert he was a farmer, and that is the total of my information, there are a lot of Main's from monkleigh that I think are part of the family but as yet not prooved.
any help would be apreciated.
